- Tickets must be picked up at SEIBU Tourist Information Center in Ikebukuro Station (see schedule for location details).
- Users of this pass cannot be Japanese citizens. Presenting your passport or resident card is required when picking up your ticket.
- The SEIBU Kawagoe round-trip pass can only be used from Ikebukuro Station to Hon-Kawagoe Station. You may get off at any station between the stated stations but cannot board again.
- You may exchange your VELTRA voucher for a pass on the date you made your reservation. You may not exchange for it on an earlier date.
- An additional limited express ticket is required for limited express train.
