Restrictions
- Children (ages 4-14) must be accompanied by an adult (at least 20 years old) at all times. 1 adult may accompany up to 3 children.
Infants ages 0-3 may enter for free. - Entry is permitted only once. Re-entry to the facility is not allowed.
- Inside the venue is very dark with many uneven steps. For safety reasons, please keep an eye out especially on young children to prevent anyone from getting hurt.
- There are exhibits that have height and age restrictions.
Pregnant individuals will be restricted from entering certain exhibits.
Participants in wheelchairs are welcome to join but are limited only to the Borderless World. - This activity is available for visitors to Japan only. Japanese citizens are not eligible to purchase this activity.
Required items to bring & attire
- During peak season, you may be asked to wait outside for over 1 hour. Please wear appropriate clothing for the heat or cold.
- Animals (including service animals) are prohibited in the facility. Food and drinks are not allowed in the display area. Drinks may be consumed in the rest area.
- Photography and filming are allowed but please be courteous to other participants around you.
Monopods, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed on site. - There are exhibits with a mirrored floor. Please refrain from wearing a skirt or rent a cloth near the exhibit to wrap it around yourself.
- Those wearing high heels and sandals may not enter the athletic area for safety reasons. Please wear closed toe, flat shoes.
- You must present the QR code by activity provider. The QR code may be printed or shown digitally on your phone or tablet.

- Both the facility and VELTRA will not be responsible for any injuries, lost items or other issues on site. Please be aware of your surroundings to fully enjoy the exhibit.
- Depending on the crowd congestion on the day, you may not be able to enter at your desired time. Please give yourself enough time to enter and enjoy the activity.
- Ticket reselling is strictly prohibited. If you have a ticket that has been resold, you may not be able to enter and refunds will not be issued.
