Very professional and friendly guides!! And I feel like ANA has a complete visiting plan for the visitors. No doubt about that ANA base tour is the best airline base tour I have ever participated!!

I just made my own bowl of ramen this weekend and I was helped by one of the workers, Ryou. He was so sweet!! He was able to communicate effectively in English, showed me every step with patience, rooted me on, and even offered to take photos/videos of me throughout the process. Yoshiichiro san and Yoshiko san were such lovely people. Clearly very passionate about their craft, they taught us the art of Kintsugi with a step by step process. They even told us where to purchase the equipment ourselves if we wanted to do this at home, which we did. Fun experience learning about the Koto and Shamisen. Host is a charming professional musician and was very patient instruction newbies on trying the instrument. He is a master player so do request that he give you a sample of his musical skills.
