This was such an awesome experience. I learned so much and would take this again! The instructor spoke English and Japanese, was friendly, patient, and kind. I was able to choose a clear glass (I wanted a pink one but was told I could only choose clear sadly) and they had many additional options for an extra charge (also clear). Very professional and friendly guides!! And I feel like ANA has a complete visiting plan for the visitors. No doubt about that ANA base tour is the best airline base tour I have ever participated!!

When we think back to our class, we are still filled with the warmth, hospitality and expertise that we were able to experience. I just made my own bowl of ramen this weekend and I was helped by one of the workers, Ryou. He was so sweet!! He was able to communicate effectively in English, showed me every step with patience, rooted me on, and even offered to take photos/videos of me throughout the process. Yoshiichiro san and Yoshiko san were such lovely people. Clearly very passionate about their craft, they taught us the art of Kintsugi with a step by step process. They even told us where to purchase the equipment ourselves if we wanted to do this at home, which we did.
