Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 6 business days to 18:00 local time, 4 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 4 business days to 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Healthy persons of about 7-60 years old can participate.
- If less than 4 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
Required items to bring & attire
- Bring your own swimwear and towel.
* Please also bring surfing pants and river shoes (rental shoes may not fit you.), if you have them. - About contact lens:
Using disposable contact lens is recommended. To enjoy going downstream, bring your own goggles if you do not have disposable lens.
Additional notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- The following gear is provided as a free rental: helmet, life jacket, wetsuit, socks, river shoes, band for eyeglasses.
*We inspect helmets & life jackets every year & purchase new ones. - Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late, you may not be able to join the tour, and the cancellation fee of 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
- You may not be allowed to participate in the tour due to your health condition or if you are under the influence of alcohol.
- Tour is operated in rain; however, it may be cancelled or the site may be changed due to the river condition.
- This tour will take place in nature, far from the city and it may take time for participants to reach the hospital in case of emergency.
Sudden happenings of weather change, illness, accident, and others may occur. Please participate understanding that there may be such situations. - We promise that our staff will take the most proper action to any situation that may arise during a tour.
- This tour will operate even in the rain.
Unless there are storms or something close to it, the tour will operate. If it rains the night before, the water level will rise and changes in the course will be made. However, the waves will be larger and will be more exciting.
