- Wearing a life jacket is required when swimming or snorkeling with fins.
- Due to ocean conditions and weather on the day, arrival times may be delayed, and the stay on Tokashiki Island may be shortened. In such cases, refunds or other compensation will not be provided.
- The tour may be canceled due to poor sea conditions or bad weather. In such cases, The staff will contact you. If the tour is canceled, the tour fee will be refunded via bank transfer, with only the transfer fee deducted.
- You will board a diving cruiser. Since there are no ladders or other aids for boarding and disembarking, you will need to step onto the cruiser from the pier. Therefore, for safety reasons, we ask that those who are not confident in their leg strength refrain from participating.
- <About the Sea Turtle Snorkeling>
-Sea turtles are wild animals; sightings are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be provided.
-The tour is for ages 6 to 59.
-Participation may be denied if you cannot follow instructions or if deemed dangerous.
-The tour may change to an uninhabited island snorkeling tour based on sea conditions.
-Prescription masks are limited and may not be available. - For safety reasons, individuals aged 5 and under or 60 and above cannot participate.

- Due to ocean conditions and weather on the day, arrival times may be delayed, and the stay on Tokashiki Island may be shortened. In such cases, refunds or other compensation will not be provided.
- The tour may be canceled due to poor sea conditions or bad weather. In such cases, The staff will contact you. If the tour is canceled, the tour fee will be refunded via bank transfer, with only the transfer fee deducted.
- You will board a diving cruiser. Since there are no ladders or other aids for boarding and disembarking, you will need to step onto the cruiser from the pier. Therefore, for safety reasons, we ask that those who are not confident in their leg strength refrain from participating.
- For safety reasons, individuals aged 60 and above cannot participate. However, for the swimming tour only, we can accept reservations for those aged 60 and above under the condition that they are accompanied by a companion under 60 and will only be allowed to board (swimming and snorkeling are not permitted). Please apply with this understanding.
- Lunch is not included in the fee for infants.
