- In case the festival is cancelled, the tour will not be conducted.
- The parade will still be conducted even in the rain unless the organizers issue a cancellation due to poor weather conditions. If it is forecast to rain on the day, please bring a raincoat. Umbrellas are prohibited in the seated section.
- Smoking, littering and photo taking within the seating section is prohibited.
- As this parade is held outdoors, it is advised for participants to bring drinks and take heat precautions.
- Participants will be walking 20 minutes each from the meeting point to the viewing seats and from the viewing seats to the hotel.
- The tour company will not be responsible for any delays, shortenings and changes made on the itinerary due to unforseen circumstances.
- If the tour has to be canceled due to weather conditions or other circumstances, you will be informed about the cancellation by e-mail at 15:00, a day prior to the activity.
- A Japanese-speaking guide will be accompanying participants for this tour. However, a seperate Chinese and English-speaking staff will be available onsite but won't translate what the guide would be saying.
