- Children under 3 can join free without a seat or meal. For a seat or meal, book at the regular rate for ages 3 and above.
- Guests who cannot eat beef can request chicken or vegetarian meals. Please inform us in advance as same-day changes are not possible.
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The tour will depart on time even if you are late.
- If less than 15 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

- Any cancellations made between 00:00 local time, 7 business days to 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 00:00 local time, 1 business days to 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity date, up until the activity begins, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total amount.
