Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 18:00 local time, 1 business days to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Participants in high school and above may participate.
Required items to bring & attire
- The decision whether to use a dry suit or wet suit will depend on climate, temperatures and water conditions on the day.
In Hokkaido, even in mid summer the temperature of the river water is quite chilly. If you are joining in July, August, or September, we recommend you to bring both dry and wet suits just in case.
We use dry suits from April-June and October-November. - When using a dry suit please wear:
Long sleeved shirt, long pants, sports wear - When using a wet suit please wear:
Swimwear or underwear which you don't mind getting wet. - Standard equipment will depend on the temperature of air and water on that day.
We will inform you of the type of equipment after your booking is confirmed. - If you plan to use the hot springs, please bring your own bath set,
Additional notes
- The tour will be cancelled if one of the following happens. You will be contacted in such case.
- Rain expected over 50mm/hour
- The dam near Lake Kuttari's water drainage. - In the case you are running late, please contact us. If you are extremely late, you may not be able to join the tour.
- You can wear glasses and contact lenses.
Straps for glasses are available. You may lose non-sport type contact lenses while rafting.
We cannot compensate for any losses of personal belongings during the tour. - This activity is held in the nature. Unlike amusement parks, please be advised that there may be some dangerous areas. The staff will try their best to ensure your safety, however, they will be needing your cooperation.
Please listen to the guide's explanation and instructions at all times. - While this tour will be held primarily in Japanese, some of the staff can speak conversational English.
