Schedule
Gather at the Ocean Days Shikotsu Lake store
Discuss the day's diving points based on weather and wave forecasts. Prepare equipment and move to the first diving spot.

Dive to depths of 3-12 meters in Shikotsu Lake. Observe and collect underwater debris. Enjoy the pristine waters and contribute to the lake's conservation.
Return to Shikotsu Lake's shopping district for a one-hour lunch break. Relax and recharge before the afternoon dive.

Move to a different diving spot for the second dive. Continue the clean-up efforts and explore new underwater areas.
Return to the store to sort collected debris and input data into the GIS system. Help map debris locations for future clean-up projects.
Reflect on the day's activities, fill out diving logs, and participate in a certificate of appreciation ceremony from the Shikotsu Lake Management Council. Capture memories with a group photo session.
The tour concludes around 4 PM. Depart with a sense of accomplishment and a deeper understanding of the importance of clean-up diving.

Restrictions
- People 18 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Minimum number of participants: 1 person
Maximum number of participants per day: 3 people - Participation requirements: Advanced or higher PADI certification, minimum 50 dives
- For participation from organizations other than PADI (NAUI, BSAC, etc.), please inquire in advance.
- Flight time restrictions :
Due to the risk of decompression sickness, please allow 12 hours between diving and boarding a plane. We cannot accommodate those within the 12-hour window. If discovered on the day, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, so please be aware. - If you have a history of respiratory system disorders such as pneumothorax, pneumonia, or asthma, and have undergone surgery or hospitalization for these conditions, a doctor's diagnosis will be required. Please confirm this in advance.
- At the time of application, we will send you a medical history diagnosis form. Please assess your eligibility for participation and return the form to us. Dry suits are worn throughout the year.
- According to the regulations of the PADI organization, you are required to present a logbook showing four logged dives using a dry suit. If you do not have this, you will not be able to participate. Before participating, please ensure you have four logged dives or have completed the Dry Suit Specialty course to meet the participation requirements.
