- If we have to cancel the tour due to typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you about the cancellation by e-mail by 15:00 of the day before the tour is set to depart.

- Participants under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. In the event that the participant is between the ages of 15 and 20 , he/she needs to submit a written consent form from his/her guardian.
- Children 2 years of age and under can participate for free, however no lunch or seat will be provided. If you wish to book a seat and lunch for your infant 2 and under, please book as 'Infant 3-5'.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
