Instructions unclear and sub-standard product

Instructions to pick up the wifi unit was totally unclear and there were 3 counters providing similar services in the small and crowded arrival hall of Fukuoka Airport. Took a while to figure out which one to pick up the wifi from.
It also soon became obvious that this is a very old unit with battery problems. The unit instantly drops to 90% battery life once you remove it from charge, and it can't last through the day; rather disappointing.
