This tour had 90% foreign participants, but everyone showed great respect for Japanese culture and had good manners, so I had no concerns. (Participants were from Australia, Italy, America, Singapore, etc.) For children, this environment provided a valuable experience.
The guide explained in Japanese first and then in English, and I was amazed by the variety of topics covered, from geography and history I studied in school to interesting trivia.
Winter in Shirakawa-go can be tricky with the weather, so I think it's best to have an umbrella and snow boots (rain boots) regardless of the forecast. If you have children, ski gloves will make playing in the snow more enjoyable!
Also, the viewpoint in Shirakawa-go can be reached by walking or by bus, but the buses only come every 20 minutes and are small, so if other tours overlap, you might have to wait for the next bus due to congestion. I think it's better to go early once you arrive.
On the bus, we received a sightseeing map of Shirakawa-go and Takayama (in Japanese or English), which allowed us to explore efficiently in a short amount of time.
If anyone is interested in Shirakawa-go, I highly recommend it, and I hope to visit again in another season. Thank you for your hospitality!
外国人が9割のツアーですが、みんな日本文化にリスペクトがある方ばかりでマナーも良く心配な点はありませんでした。（オーストラリア、イタリア、アメリカ、シンガポールなど）子どもにとってはその環境も貴重な体験になりました。
ガイドさんが日本語→英語の順に説明をしてくれて、内容も学生時代に勉強した地理や歴史から雑学的なものまでトピックの引き出しの多さに驚きました。
冬の白川郷は天気が難しく、予報にかかわらず、傘とスノーブーツ（長靴）はあった方がいいと思いました。お子様はスキー用の手袋があると雪遊びもできて楽しいです！
また、白川郷の展望台は徒歩かバスで行くのですが、バスは20分おきでしかも小さいバスなので、他のツアーの方などが重なると混雑で次のバスを見送らなくてはならない状況になりました。到着したら早めに行くのがいいと思いました。
バスの中では、白川郷と高山の観光マップ（日本語or英語）がもらえて、短時間で効率よく散策できました。
白川郷に興味がある方がいたら、おすすめしたいですし、また別のシーズンに再訪できたらいいなと思います。お世話になりありがとうございました。

I went there in December 2025!
I was healed by the mangrove scenery of Iriomote Island, and I rode a water buffalo from Iriomote to Yufu Island, where the buffalo carried about 12 adults.
Lunch on Yufu Island was a buffet with various island dishes, and it was delicious and great.
Exploring Taketomi Island was also fun!
Since I wanted to go far, I rented a bicycle for the day and rode around.
It turned into a day full of fun and excitement that I couldn't stop!

Since my flight was in the afternoon, I participated on the last day of my trip. This time, I didn't rent a car and stayed near the remote island terminal to go on an island tour, so I was left with some regrets about not being able to see much of the island. However, thanks to this tour, I was able to efficiently visit spots like Kabira Bay and other attractions in Ishigaki. The wind was strong, and the glass-bottom boat service was canceled, but it was the only sunny day, so I was glad to see the beautiful sea and sky before heading home. I was glad to be able to visit various places in one day. It felt like I was able to see most of Nagasaki. However, I wish I had more time at the Atomic Bomb Museum. I wanted enough time to watch the entire movie. Since there isn't much to see at Dejima, it would make for a more fulfilling tour if that time could be allocated to the museum instead.

Since I didn't have a car, I really appreciated being able to visit three locations. I was able to spend a rich amount of time there. It was a lot of fun. I liked that I could choose between free time and going around with the guide each time.
However, there is one area I would like to see improved. Since both the website and the email mentioned "Veltra," I ended up looking for a flag with the Veltra logo at the meeting point. It might just be my oversight, but it would have been better if "World Tour" was prominently displayed on the website and in the email as well.
Alternatively, it would be helpful if you could attach an image of the flag in the email before the event.
Other than that, everything was very good. If I have the opportunity again, I would like to use your services.

Due to the limited time, I rented a bicycle to go to Kondoi Beach. I borrowed it for just a little over 40 minutes, but there was no hourly rental option, so I ended up renting three bikes for a full day at 2,000 yen each, which was quite a hefty expense. I have participated in the tour several times. This time, I was looking for a tour that didn't have city sightseeing, and I found one that fit perfectly in terms of timing. It was great to visit places I hadn't been to yet, like the limestone caves. Since it's the end of the year, I thought there would be many families participating, but I was relieved to see a few solo travelers as well. The driver's performance on the sanshin was wonderful! The weather was good overall, but I wouldn't recommend the three-island tour as it felt too much like a factory line. I opted for the bicycle rental plan on Taketomi Island, but I was surprised at how worn out the bicycles were. I was too tired on the return boat.

Year-end mountain climbing.
In every travel magazine and website, it was recommended not to attempt it at the end of the year due to weather conditions, but it went smoothly!
I was a bit anxious about my footing because of the snow and ice, but the guide took it slow, so even as a first-time climber, I was able to successfully ascend and descend.
There were moments when I felt like giving up, but the snow-covered mountains were incredibly mystical, and I’m glad I took on the challenge! It also gave me a sense of accomplishment that makes me feel like next year will be a good one!
The bento I had on the mountain was delicious, and I want to experience that feeling again. I’ve become motivated to continue climbing in the future!

雪や氷により足元が不安でしたが、ガイドさんもゆっくりと登ってくださったため、初めての登山でも、無事に登山も下山もできました。

This was my first time participating! Unfortunately, due to New Year's traffic and unexpected snowy weather, we couldn't visit Dazaifu and the Beppu Ropeway, which was disappointing. I did enjoy Yufuin and Hell Valley Onsen, but everywhere was packed with tourists! In Yufuin, during lunchtime, all the restaurants had long lines, and we couldn't get in (（ ; ; ）). The guide was very kind, and the bus driver was excellent! I think I might avoid bus tours during New Year's in the future, but this was a good experience overall.

The guide was simply wonderful. I was so happy to reunite with them the next day when they came to pick me up at the hotel for another tour. Their explanations were very skillful.
