He made sure that I enjoyed every second of it. I am happy that I wont be worried anymore if I ever come back to Eastern Hokkaido as Peacan Kikaku is the answer.

The day was windy and we had to fight against the wind in the widest place of the mangrove but nothing too difficult. A little bit of rain at some times. All in all you it helped you feel the nature. The guide gave us wo... morenderful explanations on the ecosystem. The experience was great, with a friendly group and guide.
In the afternoon, weather improved and the same guide lead us to the river where we could enjoy a safe canyoning experience for beginners. It was amazing and so much fun.
Thanks for everyone who made it possible to enjoy those activities in the wild of Iriomote island.

The Dolphin Encounter experience was one that won't be forgetful. This rare time to see dolphins close up was very special for my children and I. My kids are 10 and 6 and they really were amazed with being able to touch ... morethe dolphin family. Also having interaction with them by showing our hands and the dolphins doing tricks with what each hand gesture meant. Then we were able to throw rings to see the dolphins return with them no matter how far. These animals are so smart. Finally able to see them do their flips that was a sight to see. It was a very nice time and it let my kids know a more personal understanding of how dolphins are.

Customer Service responded questions promptly. This is very good that when we couldn’t ask directly to Genki Village, Veltra helped us to check with them and reply. Thanks very much.
