- Any cancellations made after 19:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- The tour will continue even with some wind and rain. The tour will be cancelled in case of strong wind and heavy rain such as typhoon.
- If possible, we will inform you the day before if the tour will be cancelled. However, there may be times where a decision is made on the day of the tour.
- This tour is run entirely in Japanese
