- Please call the activity provider 24 hours before your activity to reconfirm your booking. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
Additional notes
- The English-speaking tour guide will not be accompanying guests inside the park. The Ocean Park admission tickets will be given at the entrance upon arrival at the park.
- Guests will enjoy free time to explore on their own. The Ocean Park tour takes approximately 5 to 6 hours long but guests may choose to stay on to explore more. In this case, no return transfer will be provided.
- In cases of inclement weather (amber or red heavy rain signal, typhoon signals 1 or 3), the tour operates if the park remains open. Some attractions and shows may be suspended due to the weather conditions.
- Limited slots are available on 24 December, 31 December and 01 January.
- Please note that due to the location of some hotels or traffic conditions, it is not always possible for the transport to stop directly outside of the hotel on arrival and/or departure. Assistance with luggage will be given if possible.
