- Any cancellations made after 23:59 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Additional notes
- Guests will arrange their own transportation. One guide can serve between 1 and 20 guests in a group, as long as all passengers can sit in the same vehicle. If groups wish to visit different places at the same time, they will need more than one guide.
- This tour provides you with an English-speaking professional guide for eight hours in one day. Our guide will meet you at your hotel at scheduled departure time. Guests are responsible for additional costs admission fees, transportation fees, meals and other personal expenses.
- The tour guide will be carrying a sign board with the name of your group representative. Please be ready at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time.
- A local representative will call you or leave a message at your hotel room at about 09:00 PM one night prior to your tour date to confirm the exact pick-up details.
- Should there be no messages left for you, please contact the tour operator 24 hours before the service. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
