- Any cancellations made after the booking confirmation date will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by parents.
- The Aquarium is mostly wheelchair-accessible.
- Tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.

- A valid government-issued photo ID
Other requirements
- For Behind the Scenes and Feed the Sharks Experiences, accommodations can be made for standard-size wheelchairs. Please check with the Aquarium's Education Department at +415 623 5335.
- Wheelchairs are available on a first come first serve basis. Please bring a valid ID with photo to use a wheelchair.
- Storage for personal items is unavailable. Please check with the San Francisco Welcome Center at the 2nd floor of Pier 39 on the West Side.

- Please note that operating hours vary depending on the day.
- Scheduled presentations can extend from 10 to 20 minutes.
- In and out privileges for guests are currently allowed in the Aquarium.
- Service animals are allowed.
