Restrictions
- Guests who have a pacemaker will not be allowed to go inside the Hoover Dam due to high magnetic fields.
- Motorcoaches with lift equipment are subject to availability. If a motorcoach with a lift is required, notification must be made within 72-hours of activity date.
- Children of all ages can participate in this activity.

- A valid government-issued photo ID
Other requirements
- You must have a printed copy of your VELTRA voucher to present upon check-in. You will not be able to participate in this activity if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.
- Please call the activity provider the day before to reconfirm your booking. Your voucher has the necessary contact information listed.
Additional notes
- Service dogs are allowed to travel with the correct and current paperwork.
- Small oxygen tanks are allowed.
- Please note that Hoover Dam is currently under construction. During this time, limited capacity is allowed and tours may not have enough time to go down inside the Dam. Guests will be visiting the bypass Mike O’Callaghan- Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge and the Lake Mead overlook instead.
- Luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers and alcohol are prohibited on all motorcoach tours.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- The menu is subject to change without notice.
