    Very customer focused from check-in through the dinner service & when we debarked. Food was very tasty & plentiful! Would do it again especially on a Fri night when the Hilton Hotel had a wonderful fireworks display.

    Our guide, who was born & raised in the valley and still lives there, was amazing. We learned a lot about the day-to-day lives and history of the people in the valley. He was so friendly, welcoming & willing to answer any and all questions.     We enjoyed Toa Luau so much! Our children, 2 & 4, had a wonderful time as well. The cast/crew are the same people running the activities before the meal, and serving the meal, then putting on a great show - their hard work and enthusiasm is inspiring

    The staff at the loading and unloading facility were great. They greeted us with a smile, were very courteous, instructed and helped load the kayaks and answered all the questions we had. This tour was a very enjoyable self-guided tour. We were even able to save a sea turtle that became trapped between some rock on Chinaman's Hat. AAA+ to the staff and experience.

    Loved this workshop which was held in a very small group and super relaxed atmosphere and environment. The technique was clearly explained and I came away feeling I had learned something that wetted my petite for more. It's a perfect 'taster' session and you get to take an unusual souvenir home. Just loved it
