We arrived on time, however it took longer than an hour after our arrival to get through immigration, customs and getting our baggage. Our driver, Jacob waited for us patiently and eventually had information help desk announce our names to let us know where to meet up with him. During the drive to our hotel he was very informative about Seoul's history. The van was new, thoroughly clean, and the seats were very comfortable. If you're traveling with lots of luggage, I would recommend using their services.

- Because the space inside the shared shuttle is limited, luggage is limited to one suitcase and one carry-on per customer. A fee of 5 USD will be charged per excess baggage.

- As required by the laws of Korea, children 5 years old and below must use a car seat. Guests can bring their own (if there is still space available on the vehicle). Infant child seats are available for a 10 USD surcharge per way.
- ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
Please proceed to the designated pick-up locations and look for the driver carrying a signboard with your name/s on it:
- STARBUCKS Coffee located between Gate B and Gate C at Terminal 1
- STARBUCKS Coffee near Gate A at Terminal 2
If you do not see the driver or representative, please call the activity provider on the number listed on your voucher.
