- Any cancellations made between 12:00 local time, 2 business days to 12:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 12:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Children ages 1~2 are allowed with their parents, but it is not recommended, as they may interfere with your enjoyment of the activity.
- Maximum number of passengers is 12.

- Seasickness can be worsened by your physical condition. Sleep well at night before the activity day. If you are prone to having seasickness, take medicine beforehand.
- Baby can get on the boat as well, but strollers and wheelchairs are not allowed to get on because it is dangerous. We are able to store strollers during your tour, please ask us about it.
- The tour is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions.
